The Process
How It Works
A clear, collaborative process designed to make your transformation as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Discovery & Brief
We begin with a free consultation to understand your home, your family’s lifestyle, your aspirations, and your budget. This becomes the foundation of everything that follows.
Concept Design
Ramya develops a full design concept — room by room — including mood boards, material palettes, space plans, and furniture directions. We refine this together until it feels exactly right.
Specification & Sourcing
Once the concept is approved, we prepare full specifications and source every product — from tiles and paints to furniture and lighting — within your budget and timeline.
Build & Project Management
We coordinate all contractors and suppliers on your behalf, with regular on-site visits to ensure quality, resolve issues, and keep the project on track.
Final Styling & Handover
The finishing touch — Ramya personally styles each room with accessories, soft furnishings, and decor, then hands over your beautifully transformed home.

Bulmer Gardens, Harrow
Full Home Renovation & Extension
This landmark project involved a full renovation and extension of a family home in Harrow — including a dedicated cinema room, open-plan living areas, Lutron home automation, and a landscaped garden. It was the project that launched Ramya’s design career and remains one of Siya Designs’ most ambitious transformations.
View Full ProjectWe undertook a house extension and refurbishment project, and we couldn’t be happier with the results, thanks to Ramya from Siya Designs. From the initial consultation to the final reveal, their professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail were exceptional.
