Bulmer Gardens, Harrow

This landmark project was where it all began. A complete renovation and extension of a family home in Harrow — this was the project that sparked Ramya’s design career and set the standard for every project that followed.

The scope was extensive: a full home renovation and extension encompassing a dedicated cinema room, beautifully redesigned open-plan living spaces, an expert lighting scheme with Lutron home automation throughout, and a professionally landscaped garden. Every room was reconsidered from the ground up, with a meticulous attention to detail that became the hallmark of Siya Designs.

From the spatial planning of the extension to the integration of intelligent lighting systems, this project required a seamless coordination of architects, builders, lighting specialists, and garden designers — all managed by Ramya with care and precision from the very first day.
